Parking times are regulated, and strictly enforced by the Medford parking patrol. The patrol records license plate numbers when checking to see how long you have been parked (rather than chalk mark on your car tires).
Half-Day or Longer Parking
There are multiple pay parking lots available within a few blocks of the HEC, but note! You must allow time to locate an available space, pay for a permit at the kiosk, and walk a few blocks to the HEC.
All-day parking for just a few dollars is available in the Middleford and Evergreen garages, in the lots between 8th & 10th on Central, in the lot off Riverside Avenue at 10th (behind the Library) and in the lot off Riverside between 8th and Main Streets. Purchase a "Pay & Display" permit from the kiosk in the parking lot or garage.
There is a limited amount of free three-hour parking in the Middleford and Evergreen garages (corner of 6th & Riverside or 7th & Front).
One- or Two-Hour Parking
If you are visiting the HEC very briefly, there is free one-hour parking
available on adjacent streets.
Inexpensive hourly parking is available in the lot between 8th & 10th
on Central, in the lot off Riverside Avenue at 10th (behind the Library)
and in the lot off Riverside between 8th and Main Streets.
